EMTS proposes to the Public and Private contractors its expertise in buildings demolition and dismantling, in industrial installations and in work of art. EMTS is also expert in land requalification of industrial wastelands, in buildings demolition in dense urban environments and in post disaster dismantling.

DIAGNOSIS

EMTS achieves diagnostics which deal with waste management coming from buildings demolition in compliance with the decree number 2011-610 of 31th May 2011 and with the order of 19th December 2011. This diagnosis is mandatory for any building of more than 1 000 m2 of surface in gross floor area and for any building having embraced a farming, industrial or commercial activity and having been a place of use, or storage, or manufacturing or distribution of one or several dangerous substances.

PROJECT STUDIES

Our specialist teams study the various scenarios which are compatible with the environment and the building sites restrictions in order to define the costs and the associated deadlines. Management of common ownerships, coactivity, network problematics, phasing: all the most complex aspects are handled during project phases.

PROJECT STEERING

EMTS drafts the spefications of works, organizes companies consultations and assists the contractors in the choice of qualified and successful companies. The works follow-up is ensured by our  work coordinators who are experienced in demolition and dismantling fields. This supervision is carried out by facilitating project meetings and by an extensive follow-up of planning and work progression.
