EMTS applies to contracting managers, industrial site operators in charge of asbestos risk in built properties (industrial sites, public-access buildings, high-rise buildings, etc..). EMTS brings its expertise in the risk management linked to the presence of Carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic materials, and other materials containing asbestos or refractory ceramic fibres.

EMTS specialists qualified in sub-section 4 offer their skills as well as a prime technological and regulatory watch. EMTS analyses asbestos technical files, advises on preventive and corrective actions to apply, assists in planning the maintenance and works operations and performs the follow-up and the implementation of risky asbestos removal works.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR WORK MAINTENANCE (SUB-SECTION 4)

Our work coordinators are qualified and able to plan and supervise maintenance complicated works which are likely to create asbestos fibres emissions. EMTS insures the monitoring on contaminated working areas, the follow-up of the dust level, the management of accidental and emergency situations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL AND ENCAPSULATION WORKS (SUB-SECTION 3) 

Planning and operating  asbestos removing and/or encapsulation works require a good preparation and a rigorous monitoring. Our specialists work coordinators ensure the control of the most complex construction sites, in particular in occupied and disaster sites. A technical support is provided to the contractors for all interactions with the government (Work Inspectorate, CRAM / CARSAT, etc...) throughout the project, from pre-project phase to work delivery.
